London-based The Global Wellbeing Society Ltd (GWBS), the owner of the RapiChek trademark, is responsible for the global and UK distribution of the RapiChek product portfolio. The company invests in innovative ideas in health, wellness and smart living, including renewable energy.
GWBS manages a diverse range of projects. It licenses brands (RapiChek and SOLOR Batteries), while coordinating and overseeing the distribution of its licensed branded products. In addition to its commercial activities, GWBS is increasingly investing its proceeds in wellbeing-focused projects such as the new State of Global Wellbeing report and the Global Beauty and Wellness Awards, the world’s most prestigious award for sustainable and innovative cosmetics, hotel and food products, now in its third year.
Founded in 2008, A-Lab Pharma (Arvali Ltd.) has extensive experience in the medical devices and dietary supplements business. It supports the operation and distribution of the RapiChek brand with a state-of-the-art warehouse in the heart of continental Europe, making RapiChek available in all EU countries within 48-72 hours. The company has a staff of 20 and an estimated revenues of €4.5 million for 2022.
In each EU market, RapiChek works with only one or two experienced Master Distributors to ensure brand and sales consistency and consumer education, coordinated and supported by a team of medical, pharmacy, marketing, sales, regulatory and logistics professionals.
